Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful team of individuals. Apart from the fact that they get you the rebate, which by itself should make their service an easy pick over traditional brokers, they help you evaluate properties - all the pros and cons very objectively, backed by numbers and stats. I had a chance to meet Leon and Ali and both of them were very affable and agreeable people which makes this stressful process a lot easier.
