Prevu is an outstanding and professional company. We recently purchased our home in Brooklyn, NY, our Realtor Macie was fierce and negotiated everything we wanted and much more. She showed exceptional professionalism, was responsive, calmed our first time home buyers worries, gave extremely good advice and flagged things we didn't even know to look for when purchasing a home. We were speechless every time our realtor assisted us and were amazed on how helpful she was.

From showing units, making time for us, negotiating the asking price, to sellers concessions/credits, recommending home inspection companies, to punch list requests, to final walk through, and an endless amount of other advice and tips. She looked out for our every need, and has a very good negotiating skills, listen, ask, and learn from her and it'll pay off 1000%.

The rebate program Prevu offers is a service to the community in itself, but the service level and satisfaction of using Prevu made that much more of a difference. A lot of people don't know this type of system is in place, but it works, helps the buyers, sellers, and stimulates economic growth for the real estate market.

I give 5 stars all the way to Prevu, and will be recommending to all my friends and colleagues.
